Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's bout.
Former twice unified boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers engaged in the traditional face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly happening.
